ITK-SNAP Deep Learning Segmentation Server documentation

This Python package interfaces with ITK-SNAP to allow fast deep learning segmentation. Currently, the package provides an interface between ITK-SNAP and nnInteractive, a 3D promptable segmentation model by Isensee et al.
